WOLF-Garten presents four new handsaws for the new season: the two manual handsaws with a blade length of 145 or 275 mm are ergonomically designed and allow comfortable working. The two multi-star® saws can likewise be used as handsaws – or else combined with the multi-star® Vario handles from WOLF-Garten. In this way you can work safely at heights of up to 5.5 metres. Not only the professionals know this: tree maintenance from the ground is the safest way by far. Working from a ladder brings with it high risks. Falls lead to serious injuries. But you can relax if you keep your feet on the ground while working – and cannot fall off a ladder or out of a tree.

All four new models have the MaxControl handle that allows maximum grip. Thanks to the special teeth they always cut effortlessly and powerfully, with a clear cutting surface. But then any predator would envy the branch saws of WOLF-Garten because they are so sharp. The special pull-type teeth provide a smooth, absolutely clean and powerful cut. The saw blades from high-quality Swedish steel are hard chrome plated with additional pulse-hardening of the saw teeth for a long working life. The saw teeth cut in both directions. It is especially important for the trees themselves to have sharp tools, because only clean cuts can heal quickly. Diseases and fungi go for the ragged injuries left by blunt blades and so weaken the plant. The very smooth cut of the classical branch saw prevents an attack by bacteria and subsequent rotting. An additional plus point is the bark scorer to prevent cracking or splitting of the bark. The exact approach is likewise important: Always cut above a healthy bud and cut back to the trunk or main branch when removing whole branches.
